Do I have any chance for my son?

I just found out 4 months ago a 5 year old was my kid his mom keept him from me and my family I didn't no she was pregnant she never told me but any ways I been in his life since I found out now his mom is telling me that thier moving and she's taking my son from me again she's moving 6hours away probly even more and she's telling me we will meet half way every weekend I have more kid that's alot of money now she's telling me I can't stop her from moving and me herring a lawyer isn't going too do nothing and I have no say so for my son. I no I can fight for my son but will I have a chance?
