Can I feed premium marine fish flakes to my guppies?

I have some that my uncle gave me because he got rid of his salt water fish. It's a really expansive brand of food, and says that it's premium. The fist two ingredients are Herring Meal and Whole wheat flour. So will this be healthy for my guppies?
