How would I sophomore get scouts to notice him??? (football)?

Ill be a sophomore this season and started last season as a freshmen. I'm 5'7 152 and run my 40 in a 4.8. I bench 210 and squat 325. I play corner and tail back. I have a video of my eight grade year and some freshman highlights on YouTube, just look up Dallas herring. I have a 3.2 GPA. how could I get scout to notice me?
