What could my dog have an allergy to in this food?

Some dogs react badly to Rosemary,(my westie couldn't handle it) but other than that I don't see anything in what you've presented here that is a normal allergy trigger. You might possibly have a dog that can not handle any grains. Try one of the newer kibbles that have come out that are grain free (still stay away from chicken) and try not to mix proteins.
