Where to buy store fixture- garment racks, etc?

I am looking for store fixtures. I have been looking all over online, and i see prices of like $58-$100+. I am looking to buy ones for cheaper. Used ones. Just the long garment racks, or any kind of store fixture for that matter. Anyone have any good websites. I am in the Philadelphia area.
