Where is heath herring and why is he still a fighter in UFC Undisputed 2010?

He is no longer under UFC contract but is still looking for fight opurtunities,and he's still in the game becuz the ufc makes there fighters sign lifetime contracts for there likenesses to be used in games,so even if a fighter is no longer in the ufc they can still be used in the game that's y werdum, and arlovski r still in the game
