Help with Document Appriasal?

Ok, I have a document that is several pages long and is all original it say Deduction of Title to a lot of ground on the Southerly side of Grove Street near Fourth st part of the old Herring Farm in the ninth ward of new york city it is dated May 1836 can anyone help me out on this as to a possible value or possible historical importance I would be more than happy if someone could help me with this to scan a copy of the complete document thank you in advance for any help that anyone may provide.
