HELP ME i need to know what this means!!!?

So basically here's what happened. I was walking down the street when my super hot crush/neighbor walked onto the driveway in just his under garments. I turned my head and looked towards him smiling shyly. He winked at me and called me over. As I approached him I noticed something funny about the underwear he was wearing. His private area seemed to be protruding from the hole in the front of his boxer briefs. I looked down and he covered it up and it seemed really awkward but then he asked me if i wanted to take a ride in his car. then he stopped at a vacant parking lot and whipped 'it' out. i just grabbed it and squeezed really hard because i thought that's what your supposed to do, right? he had a look of disgust on his face and told me to walk home. i just got home and now i am so confused. i thought he liked me..but do you think i ruined my chances and a relationship..or even sex?
