Does the NBA need a super team like the Heat that people can love and hate?

Previously the Lakers were that team. At the Heat, the 2 out of the best 3 players in the league joined forces and they have 3 out of the top 10 players. If you consider that Kobe is getting old it becomes even more impressive. Some people say that they are impressed they made it to the finals in their first season. I actually expected them to win.
