Do you think it is a sin for women to wear the same graduation gowns as men do?

From the point of religion, yes it's a sin. But I only think that this was done to represent the social status of men as leaders, hunters, warriors and guardians. Wearing of pants was their prerogative. Women wore garments that will close most of her body, being in the "possession" of a man, thus unable to have some power in the society. Nowadays, it's acceptable for a woman to wear male garments, while it is considered not normal for a man to wear female garments, and I completely agree. I don't believe in sin, but if there is a God, He will not think about what EVERY human on the planet wear at the moment.
