Why do people call Heat fans bandwagon fans? Aren't Laker fans the ultimate bandwagon fans?

Nobody wants to support a team that can't win, but everyone always hates on Heat fans. Lakers have the highest salary role in the entire NBA and got swept. Kobe earns like 25 million a year there alone. Heat got a bargain in comparison to that.
