A baby Herring fell into my yard? (uh-oh)?

I am in Washington state and i live on a Herring preserve. Across the river a baby Herring fell from a tree. It doesn't have any injury's (it can walk and squawk just fine) but it defiantly isn't old enough too fly. What should i do with it?
